Taylor Collison Limited is a joint lead manager to the Antipodes Global Investment Company offering. This will be a globally focused long short fund managed by the team at Antipodes, led by Jacob Mitchell.
The offering is for $100m minimum, with a maximum of $220m with the ability to take oversubscriptions of a further $110m.
Application Price of $1.10 per Share together with an entitlement to 1 Option for every 1 Share subscribed for (with each Option exercisable at $1.10 on or before 15 October 2018).
