Henry has over 7 years of experience specialising in executing M&A transactions. Before joining Taylor Collison in 2018, Henry worked in the M&A teams at KPMG and Grant Thornton, providing advisory services to ASX listed and large private companies on a range of transactions including divestments, mergers and acquisitions, along with the provision of valuation, financial modelling and other corporate advisory services.

Henry holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and an Honours Degree of Bachelor of Finance and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide.
