Robert Fraser

Robert has 27 years of investment banking experience, including with a major merchant bank. Robert advises numerous public companies and is also a non-executive director of ARB Corporation Limited (including Chairman of its Audit and Nomination and Remuneration Committees), FFI Holdings Limited and is the Senior Independent Director of Magellan Financial Group Limited (including Chairman of its Audit and Risk Committee). He is also a licensed business broker and a licensed real estate agent. Craig Ball

Craig has been working in stockbroking since 1987 and has been responsible for numerous IPOs, underwritings and placements for companies across a broad cross section of industries including resources, oil and gas, automotive, biotech, wine, manufacturing and industrial companies. Matt Davies

Matt has ~15 years of investment banking experience, much of which was in the natural resources sector. 

Matt has significant experience in public market M&A (including defence), asset sales and capital raisings.  Matthew was the 1st employee of Gryphon Partners, a  leading boutique advisory firm to the resources sector which undertook >65 transactions valued at >$25 billion in 8 years. He was integral in growing the business until its acquisition by Standard Chartered in 2011. 

Before joining Taylor Collison in February 2017, Matthew headed Standard Chartered Bank’s Australian Natural Resources, M&A team where he undertook several high profile cross-border transactions in the sector.


Robert Rorrison

Rob commenced his career as a Chartered Account where he specialised in the Insolvency and Restructuring businesses before joining Macquarie Group’s Investment Banking business where he worked for 25 years, including as Chairman Asia for Macquarie Capital’s Asian Resources business, until March 2015. Since 2015 he has acted as an adviser, consultant and Director across a range companies and jurisdictions while based in Hong Kong.
Over his career Rob has worked across Finance, Capital Markets, M&A, Principal Investments and Corporate Restructuring businesses in Australia, Asia and the UK. His experience has been gained working within Chartered Accounting firms, Investment Banks and Family Offices.
Rob has extensive experience across a number of sectors, including Infrastructure, Financial Institutions and Agriculture with a specific expertise in the broader Resources sector. During his Investment Banking career he has acted for companies in the Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Property Trusts, Infrastructure, Food & Beverage and Agriculture sectors.

George Stavrou

George has over 15 years of corporate advisory experience in industrial and consumer markets across a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, engineering & mining services, tourism & leisure, food & beverages, automotive and healthcare. He has advised both listed and private companies on mergers, acquisitions (including takeovers and defence mandates), trade sales, valuations, equity capital raisings and strategic reviews. Prior to joining Taylor Collison, George worked for Caliburn Partnership (now Greenhill), a Sydney based boutique advisory firm where he worked on large scale public M&A transactions before joining KPMG as the Head of Public Market Transactions. Michael Cawley

Michael is responsible for the execution of Equity Capital Markets transactions in our Sydney office.  He has over 15 years of experience advising listed and unlisted corporations in relation to their capital requirements and has completed numerous initial public offerings, secondary placements, rights issues and capital management advisory assignments. Michael is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia. Richard Amland

Richard has more than 15 years’ experience working in equity markets, as a Research Analyst and Equity Capital Markets professional. He helped build Petra Capital’s emerging industrial company research and ECM capabilities from 2010 to 2014. Richard was a member of TC Corporate from 2008-2010 and worked on a number of mergers and acquisitions and ECM transactions during that time. Prior to 2008, Richard’s career included membership on highly ranked research teams at JPMorgan and Wilson HTM in the Australian emerging company space and on the Institutional Investor ranked financial services team at UBS in New York. Daniel Eddington

Daniel’s background includes 20 years experience in the financial markets and across several segments of the resource sector both in Australia and Overseas.  He has been responsible for IPO’s, placements, reverse takeovers and underwritings for companies predominantly in the resource sector. Simon Doherty

Simon specialises in equity capital markets and corporate advisory at Taylor Collison. He commenced his career at PwC in M&A and Corporate Advisory roles, following which he worked in equity capital markets and institutional/high net worth stock broking. Simon has been responsible for IPO’s, placements, reverse takeovers and underwritings for companies across numerous sectors and has sourced capital from Australia and offshore with a particular focus on Asian based investors. Simon is a Chartered Accountant, and has completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a Business Law Minor at the University of Western Australia. Reece has over 10 years of corporate advisory and accounting experience, having previously worked in a Chartered Accounting practice environment in Adelaide (HLB Mann Judd).
