Robert is an experienced corporate adviser and company director and has 35+ years of investment banking experience. He established Taylor Collison’s Sydney office in 1997 and provides financial advice to public companies on mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and valuation. He specialises in capital management and corporate governance and also has extensive experience in ECM, underwriting, risk management and investor relations.

* Magellan Asset Management – Chairman – the Responsible Entity for Magellan’s $39B in global funds under management.

Robert has previously held non-executive directorships with Concept Hire, Crane Group, Gowing Bros, HFA Holdings, Magellan Financial Group (Deputy Chairman) and Symex Holdings.
Robert has a Bachelor of Economics (majoring in Economics and Accounting) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Sydney. He is also a licensed business broker and real estate agent, and a registered tax (financial) adviser.
Craig commenced stockbroking at Taylor Collison in 1987 and has principally worked in ECM. Craig has been responsible for numerous IPOs, underwritings and placements for companies across a broad cross section of industries including automotive, biotech, mining, oil & gas, wine manufacturing and industrial companies.

Matt has over 18 years of investment banking experience in the areas of M&A and ECM.
Matt has significant experience in public market M&A (including takeovers and defence), asset sales and capital raisings. Matt was the first employee of Gryphon Partners, a leading boutique advisory firm to the resources sector which undertook >65 transactions valued at >$25 billion in 8 years. He was an integral member of the business until its acquisition by Standard Chartered Bank in 2011.
Before joining Taylor Collison in 2017, Matt headed Standard Chartered Bank’s Australian Natural Resources, M&A team, where he undertook several high-profile cross-border transactions in the sector.

Rob joined Taylor Collison in February 2019.
Rob commenced his career as a Chartered Account, specialising in the Insolvency and Restructuring businesses. He joined Macquarie Group’s Investment Banking business where he worked for 25 years, including as Chairman, Asia Resources for Macquarie Capital’s Asian Investment Banking business.
Since 2015 he has acted as an advisor, consultant and Director across a range companies and jurisdictions while based in Hong Kong. Over his career Rob has worked across Finance, Capital Markets, M&A, Principal Investments and Corporate Restructuring businesses in Australia, Asia and the UK. His experience has been gained working within Chartered Accounting firms, Investment Banks and Family Offices.
Rob has extensive experience across a number of sectors with a specific expertise in the broader Resources sector. During his Investment Banking career he has acted for companies in the Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Property Trusts, Infrastructure, Food & Beverage and Agriculture.
Rob’s professional qualifications include; B.Ec.(Adel); Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He was a member of the National Listing Committee of the Australian Stock Exchange for 8years and also served as Deputy Chair of the ASX’s Listing Appeals Committee

Michael has 25 years of investment banking experience specialising in Equity Capital Markets.
Michael has significant experience in all facets of Equity Capital Markets including placements, rights issues, block trades and initial public offerings. In recent years he has developed a specialisation in healthcare and biotechnology that has seen him take a leading role in the firm’s involvement in this sector.
Before joining Taylor Collison in late 2006, Michael was an Associate Director within the Corporate Finance division of Austock Securities and prior to this commenced his investment banking career with BBY.
Michael also spent 3 years in the audit division of PricewaterhouseCoopers Perth office. Michael has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia and is a former member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand. He has also completed the Financial Services Institute of Australia’s Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

Reece has over 18 years’ experience in providing accounting and corporate advisory services, focussing on public companies and advising on areas such as fundraising in Equity Capital Markets, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance.
In his role at Taylor Collison, Reece works on a wide range of mandates for clients, including Taylor Collison’s Listed Investment Entity clients. Reece most recently acted as Lead Corporate Adviser to Centrex Limited’s (CXM.ASX) $16m capital raising in April 2022 and Pacgold Limited’s (PGO.ASX) $12m capital raising in April 2022.
Prior to joining Taylor Collison in March 2016, Reece was a key member of the Corporate Division of Chartered Accounting firm HLB Mann Judd (SA) Pty Ltd for a period of 11 years, where he acted on behalf of many ASX listed and unlisted public clients (including acting in the capacity as Company Secretary).
